General Delivery Information
Delivery time frames are an estimate only and exclude order processing times. If you place your order via standard or same day delivery, you can choose your selected delivery date at the checkout.
We require 2-4 business days to process orders for dispatch. This excludes Same Day Delivery and 4 Hour Delivery which is processed same day, and DHL Express which is processed the same or next business day.
We do not dispatch on weekends and Victorian or national public holidays.
Areas outside of our refrigerated service radius and will be dispatched with Australia Post Standard Delivery. This service is not refrigerated but orders will be packed with insulation and ice packs to endeavour to keep your chocolates at an ideal temperature. This includes TAS, NT, Far North QLD, as well as regional areas, parcel lockers or PO box addresses. This also includes orders placed with incorrect address information, such as incorrect suburbs or postcodes.
While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Koko Black cannot be held responsible unforeseen circumstances. This includes severe weather, service interruptions, heavy traffic etc.
*Please note: Delivery drivers are permitted to leave orders on bottom floors in lobbies, foyers, and reception areas that they deem safe. Drivers are not advised to wait for the customer to collect the shipment in case of an unanswered call/buzz and/or doorbell due to the ongoing delivery schedules.
We are unable to deliver to some islands on the perimeter of Australia. This includes Christmas Island, Kangaroo Island and more.
