General Delivery Information
Delivery time frames are an estimate only and exclude order processing times.
We require 2-4 business days to process orders for dispatch. This excludes Same Day Delivery and 4 Hour Delivery which is processed same day, and DHL Express which is processed the same or next day.
We do not dispatch on weekends or Victorian or national public holidays.
Areas outside of our refrigerated service radius and will be dispatched with Australia Post Express Post. This service is not refrigerated but orders will be packed with insulation and ice packs to endeavour to keep your chocolates at an ideal temperature. This includes TAS, NT, Far North QLD, as well as regional areas, parcel lockers or PO box addresses. This also includes orders placed with incorrect address information, such as incorrect suburbs or postcodes.
While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Koko Black cannot be held responsible unforeseen circumstances. This includes severe weather, service interruptions, heavy traffic etc.
Please note: we are unable to deliver to some islands on the perimeter of Australia. This includes Christmas Island, Kangaroo Island and more.
