How do I update my account details?

When you log into your account on the Koko Black website you can view your account page here. Once you are logged in you will be able to view your order history, add and edit delivery addresses, and update your preferences!

Can I change my delivery address in my account?

Yes you can! Log into your account and select 'Delivery Addresses'. Here you can add a new address, delete an old address, or edit an address already saved there. You can also add and save multiple addresses, and set one as your default address.

How do I view my account order history?

When you log into your account on the Koko Black website you can view your account page here. Once you are logged in you will be able to view your order history for all orders made with that email address. If you have used multiple email addresses in

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

On the log in page select 'Forgot Password' and you will be asked to enter your email address to reset your password. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password before logging you back in!
