Can I make changes to my Wholesale order once placed?Updated 5 months ago
Once your order is submitted, no changes can be made online.
If you require a change to your order once placed (and once you've received your confirmation email), please contact Koko Black Creative Centre on (03) 9958 7400 and select prompt 2 in order to speak with a member of the sales team.
The team will ask for some details to verify you as an authorised representative as well as your order number in order to confirm if changes can be made.
