At Koko Black, we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes outlined in our Delivery Information. 

For standard delivery, once you enter your address at checkout, you’ll be able to view the available scheduled delivery dates.

Please note, we are unable to schedule specific delivery times once the order has been placed as our delivery services operate within standard timeframes. While we would love to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery schedules. For more information, please refer to our Online Terms of Sale. 

If you are ordering via Same-Day Delivery, Koko Black offers the flexibility to schedule your delivery for a specific date. When placing your order, you can select a future delivery date that suits your needs. Please note that deliveries occur between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
