At Koko Black, we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes outlined in our Delivery Information. 

Once your address is entered at the checkout, you will be able to see the available delivery options, and scheduled delivery dates available through standard delivery. 

Please note, we are unable to schedule specific times as our delivery services operate within standard timeframes. While we would love to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery schedules. For more information, please refer to our Online Terms of Sale. 

If you are ordering via Same-Day Delivery, Koko Black offers the flexibility to schedule your delivery for a specific date. When placing your order, you can select a future delivery date that suits your needs. Please note that deliveries occur between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
