How does Click & Collect work?Updated a year ago

When you place an order on our website with Click & Collect as the delivery method, the order is sent to the store you selected. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number on it, as well as a second email that confirms your order has been received by the store.

The store team will then pick and pack your order into a carry bag or box for you to collect.

Your collection time is available in your order confirmation email. If you wish to collect your order earlier, please call the collection store to confirm it is ready for collection.
