How does Click & Collect work?Updated 3 months ago

When you place an order on our website and select Click & Collect as the delivery method, your order will be sent to the selected store. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number, followed by a second email confirming that the store has received your order.

The in-store team will prepare your order by picking and packing it into a carry bag or box, ready for collection.

Your collection time will be provided in your order confirmation email. If you’d like to collect your order earlier, please contact the store directly to confirm it’s ready for pickup.
