I can't see Click & Collect, where is it?Updated 3 months ago
Click & Collect will appear as a shipping option during the second step of checkout if your shopping bag qualifies for in-store pickup.
Please note that Click & Collect is not available for online-exclusive items, such as personalised products and hampers. Instead, these items can be delivered directly from our online store.
After entering your address details, the shipping page will display the Click & Collect option if a store in your state has the items in stock. If Click & Collect doesn’t appear, it means the items in your cart are either unavailable, low in stock, or no eligible stores are located in your state.
