I've entered the wrong shipping details. How can I update this?Updated 3 months ago

We are happy to change your shipping details if the request is received before your order has been packed. We usually process orders within 1-3 business days so please contact our Customer Service team here Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST. Please note our response time is currently between 1-3 business days.

If your request is received after your order has already been packed, we can attempt an address change request with the courier if your order is still in transit. 

Please note: we are not able to edit the billing information on orders.
