Submitting Feedback or Concerns
Concerns or feedback should be directed to our customer care team at [email protected]. To assist with the investigation, we may request additional information and/or photos. 

Return and Refund Policy
All products are sold on a no-return-for-credit basis unless they are:

  • Received in a damaged state
  • Faulty
  • Incorrectly supplied

The decision to provide a refund is at our discretion, subject to our legal obligations. However, we will always strive to resolve complaints to our customers’ satisfaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
